No Tipping Policy

Tipping culture has gotten out of control

Let's face it, everywhere you go nowadays someone either turns around a screen on you with a tip option and a quote that says "I'll let you take care of this screen real quick" – not just in restaurants, but in every place you go.

Have you ever thought to yourself "Gosh I wish they would just pay their employees better so that I'm not having to feel that awkward pressure to tip but also how much and sometimes when?".

Now imagine you get a quote for someone to work on your house, and you learn that perhaps they're expecting a tip. Maybe you see it on their invoicing system, and even just seeing the option for "Tip" you may think, "Oh gosh should we tip for this? How much? 20%? 25%? I didn't expect that, but I certainly hate the thought of how the other person may feel if I put $0…"

This is the WORST. And for us, there is nothing better than walking around your house looking at the difference we were able to make in cleaning your property. Heck, we think we have the BEST job ever – we get to see a dirty exterior get cleaned and looking fantastic again! For many homeowners, this may be the first time they've had their home professionally cleaned. We hate the thought that while we're walking around your house with you (if you choose to walk around it with us at the end, of course) that you may be wondering in the back of your mind "Are they expecting a tip? Should I hand them a $50 bill? $100?".

In fact, it's so common in this industry that many companies in the pressure washing industry pay their employees based on estimated tips they'll receive every week.

We've taken a stand against this! We pay our employees well, and excellent service is our EXPECTATION. If we didn't deliver exceptional service, we'll come out and make it right with you. The price you pay us reflects that. Therefore, we make sure that you understand that the price we quote you is the price we expect you to pay, not a single dollar more.

We hope for some, this eases your mind and you can enjoy checking out your property and paying your invoices without that awkward "Tip" screen, or awkward moment wondering if you should have tipped us at some point. In fact, you'll make it more awkward for US if you try! (So please don't).
